Delivery Lead Times
To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location and order size will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you.
Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:
Australia Wide (metro): Within 5 working days
Regional Australia: Within 7 working days
Tracking Your Order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email and/or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. Returns Policy Cancelled orders must be returned in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund less any actual freight (P&H) cost incurred to and from destination plus a restocking fee. Refunds will only be provided if the product has not been used and in original packaging. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, or deciding to not like the purchase / unwanted gift. Please check the item description and sizing prior to purchasing as Refunds will not be given if the item “does not fit”.
Signature on Delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery for large items. Small accessory items may be Authority to Leave. Payment Method We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and EFT. Please note: goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Sapore Wood Ovens.

We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.
